Let’s dive right in. Is azzlee.com (the women’s clothing shop) a legit website? The short answer is yes, they are legitimate. I received my clothing order and successfully returned everything for a refund. Now the biggest question is, would I shop here again?

Is Azzlee an American company?
In an email, they told me they are an American company. However, according to their own site, they are located in China. Their business address is Haiguang Building, No.33 Shuixian Road, Siming District, Xiamen.
As further supporting evidence, most of their Facebook page managers are located in China (according to Facebook’s Page Transparency tab).
Where is Azzlee clothing from?
Everything in my order was made in China. Support told me that the suppliers of their products are in Asia.
Where does Azzlee ship from?
According to my tracking information, my order was originally shipped from China. I received my order from a distribution center in California (United States).

I put this list together using plagiarism tools like Copyleaks (premium), and looking for clues like identical landing pages (About Us, Contact, Return Policy, Shipping, etc.), matching Google site logos, PayPal merchant names (if there are similarities to my other orders), business addresses, site layouts, etc.

1) Floral-Printed Casual Summer Shorts
Brand Label: Unknown
Color/Size/Cost: White / M / $20.99

Material: 100% Polyester
Expectation: They are exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit, but I would prefer a bigger size. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would keep these Azzlee shorts.
They are comfortable and have an inner lining that makes them non-see-through. They feel very similar to running shorts, which I like. I do wish they were slightly bigger in the waist, but they are not unwearable. Overall, though they aren’t amazing quality, they fit pretty well and are inexpensive.
2) Graphic Round-Neck Dragonfly-Printed Long-Sleeve Sweatshirt

Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It isn’t quite what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The color is more of a heather gray in person, and the material feels like a thin t-shirt. I was expecting something a little bit sturdier.

Keep or Return: I would return this Azzlee long-sleeve shirt.
While I like the stretchy and comfortable material, it is thin and overpriced. For $30, I expect something a bit above just your average cheaply-made long-sleeve.
3) Casual Round-Neck Long-Sleeve Sweater

Color/Size/Cost: Red / M / $38.99
Country: Made in China
Material: 100% Acrylic
Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. In person, it is an orange-coral color (nowhere close to red), the material is much thinner, and the crocheted texture is smaller.

Keep or Return: I would return this Azzlee sweater.
While I love the color (even though it is COMPLETELY different from the product image) and the lightweight feel of the material, it is much too expensive for the quality. The material is very thin and flimsy, and I see an area with an undone seam, which will unravel over time.

I received three items in one package at my address in North Carolina (United States). The package originated from China, and I received it from a distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number through USPS.

I emailed support (service@azzlee.com) to request a full return on February 22nd. My request was approved fourteen days later on March 8th, and I was provided with the return address. I mailed the package on March 11th via USPS and paid a total of $11.30.

- They took several days to respond to each email. They did respond in detail when I asked them questions about their company though.
- I had to ask for the return address FOUR times before they provided it.

Is Azzlee Legit or a Scam?
Similar Sites & Analysis
Reverse Image Search:
Based on my findings, there are MANY other small boutiques/online shops/marketplaces that sell many of the same items as Azzlee.
Possible reasons for this include the use of the same suppliers, the use of stolen images, the same owner operating multiple stores, the same owner selling on multiple platforms, etc.
With that being said, I found several of the same products on Amazon, Temu, Ebay, AliExpress, etc. for much cheaper. For example, I found the below long-sleeve top for $30.99 on Azzlee, and $11.48 on Temu. Based on the reverse image search results, I believe these are likely identical or near-identical items offered at vastly different prices (as opposed to one being a cheap-quality version of the other).
I highly recommend doing Reverse Image Searches when shopping online for price and quality checking purposes. You might be surprised at what you find!

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Even though delivery took less than 2 weeks and the refund came through quickly, here are the MANY reasons why I would not shop here again:
- They lied about being an American company. After brief research, they are CLEARLY a Chinese company.
- Some of my items do not look as expected, and some are very overpriced (the quality of the clothing is okay at best).
- The return process with support took a LONG time. They take a long time to respond to each email, and kept insisting that I take a partial refund. I had to ask for the return address several times.
- Based on my research, I am convinced I can find many of the same items cheaper elsewhere.
Overall, I had a pretty negative experience. I advise that you stay away.
