1) Mulberry High-Rise
Brand Label: Oliver Logan
Color/Size/Cost: Vintage Medium Indigo / 29 / $98
Country: Made in China
Material: 68% Cotton / 31% Recycled Cotton / 1% Spandex
Expectation: They are what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. In person, they are a bit more blue and less washed-out looking.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is good. See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided (their fit calculator told me I am a size 30; I got a 29), and they fit, but I would prefer a size smaller. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Oliver Logan jeans.
These seem to be good for curvier figures, however, I personally don’t think these are the right style for my body shape. They give me a boxy appearance from the back, which I think is due to the back pockets being very large and low placement-wise. I think these would look great on someone else though, as the quality is good.

2) Jones Mid-Rise Flare

Material: 66% Cotton / 33% Recycled Cotton / 1% Spandex
Expectation: They are exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit well, although a bit compressing on my backside. View my Body Measurements for size reference. Please note that I am wearing 2.25 in/5.7 cm platform sandals.
Keep or Return: I would return these Oliver Logan jeans.
I love the tiered legs and different denim colors at the bottom. But unfortunately, they aren’t quite the right fit for me since they squeeze my backside making me flatter. Perhaps someone with smaller hips would fit in these better! These are great quality though.
3) Ludlow Mid-Rise Relaxed Aged

Color/Size/Cost: Light Vintage Rip / 28 / $80
Country: Made in China
Material: 68% Cotton / 31% Recycled Cotton / 1% Spandex
Expectation: They aren’t quite what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. I was expecting a clean light wash, and what I got was a slightly darker and more ‘acid wash’ looking pair of jeans.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit at least one size too big. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Oliver Logan jeans.
The ONLY reason I would return them is because they run a size too big. If they were one size smaller, I would absolutely keep these. They are a really nice and comfy fit and have big pockets since they are a vintage style.

I tried to submit a return request via their portal, but one of my items was mistakenly marked as Final Sale, and I was not able to select the items for return. I reached out to support and they emailed me the prepaid return label for all items on September 28th. I mailed the package on September 29th.

Customer Service Experience
General Responsiveness
- Their customer support is pretty slow to respond. It takes several days to hear back.
Return Details
- In my second order, I had an issue with an item I purchased not being returnable because it was marked Final Sale. This was not made clear anywhere before purchasing. When I first reached out regarding this issue, they sent me a templated email that did not address my problem. After not hearing back for several days, I followed up. They finally got back to me and let me know that their website managers would remove the jeans from the Final Sale section, so I should be able to complete the return. Lo and behold, I STILL couldn’t return the item a few days later. I emailed them again, and they eventually sent me the return label. This entire process took NINE DAYS to resolve. Ridiculous.
Regarding the Final Sale return issue above, they let me know that this was their mistake. This is what they said:
“Thank you so much for your understanding. It was our bad! We recently updated our product descriptions and deleted the ‘Final Sale’ text that appeared in this product page. We are so sorry about that! We’ll make sure this doesn’t happen in the future.”

Based on my findings, there are MANY other small boutiques/online shops/marketplaces that sell many of the same items as Oliver Logan.
In this case, Oliver Logan also operates as a wholesaler. A lot of these shops are selling their products.
I highly recommend doing Reverse Image Searches when shopping online for price and quality checking purposes. You might be surprised at what you find!

No suspicious information (such as lawsuits or alerts from the Better Business Bureau) was found.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are legitimate. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed both returns and received full refunds for both orders.
With that being said, I would buy from them again!
Despite slow customer service, I would still shop here again for these reasons:
- Their company follows many sustainable practices and their products are partially made of recycled materials.
- Their prices are reasonable considering they are more sustainable and overall good quality.
- Delivery was FAST! Both packages arrive din 5 days or less.
