Let’s get straight to the point. Is evaless.com (the women’s clothing shop) a legit website? The quick answer is yes, they are legitimate. I received my clothing order and successfully returned everything for a refund. Now the biggest question is, would I shop here again?
In this honest and detailed review, I will share my purchase and return experience, my thoughts on their clothing, brand information/research, and my final verdict/recommendation. Keep reading for more!

Is Evaless sustainable?
No, they likely are not. According to their About page, they claim to be environmentally friendly, always source material ethically, and have happy employees. Since they don’t substantiate any of these sustainability claims, I am inclined to think they are green-washing.

Is Evaless a U.S. company?
They claim to be a US company. However, at the bottom of a marketing email, they list a business address in China. The business address is 101 Tingnanlu Hualongzhen, Guangzhou, Guangdong 511431.
Where does Evaless ship from?
According to my tracking information, my order was originally shipped from China. I received my order from a distribution center in Illinois (United States).
Additionally, they list on their website the following warehouse address: Huinan Industrial Zone, Yucheng Village, Zhengbin Town, Taishan Investment Zone, Quanzhou, Fujian, China.

I ordered the below items on 3/1/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $57.42 USD to EVALESS (support@evaless.com) via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *EVALESS”. – View Order Confirmation
1) Cherry Blossom Deep V Tank Top
Brand Label: Unknown
Color/Size/Cost: Pink / S / $28.99
Country: Made in China
Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. However, the v-cut looks a bit lower, and the color is a little more saturated in the product image.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is bad but wearable. See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits one size too small. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Evaless tank top.
It is very cheaply made, the screen-printed flowers are poor quality (grainy print), and the hem is crookedly sewn. It also isn’t a great fit for me as the armhole openings are a bit small (they should be at least one inch bigger in diameter). For the quality, this top is overpriced.
2) Baseball-Print High-Waist Ripped Denim Shorts
Brand Label: Unknown
Color/Size/Cost: Sky Blue / M / $27.99
Country: Made in China
Material: 100% Cotton
Expectation: They are VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. In person, the screen-printed pattern doesn’t cover the whole pocket as it shows in the product image. Also, the wash and color of the shorts are totally different.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is bad but wearable. See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they are about one size too small. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Evaless shorts.
I am not a fan of screen printing on denim, and the back seam is noticeably crooked. These just don’t quite fit right, and the material feels like very cheap, thin denim.
Shipment Info
I received two items in one package at my address in North Carolina (United States). The package originated from China, and I received it from a distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number through Yun Express.

- I placed my order on Wed, March 1st
- My order shipped on Tues, March 14th
- I received my package on Thurs, March 16th
Total time of 15 days
Their shipping policy states up to 26 business days (including processing time) for standard U.S. shipping.
Return & Refund Info
I emailed support (support@evaless.com) to request a full return on March 21st. My request was approved the next day, and I was provided with the return address. I mailed the package on March 27th via USPS and paid a total of $6.78.

Return Instructions:
- Please mail the package to the provided return address using your local courier.
- Please kindly provide a tracking ID or logistics list.
I received a full refund of $48.43 (minus the initial shipping cost) on April 18th. I received the refund twenty-two days after mailing the package. – View Refund Receipt
Customer Service Experience
General Responsiveness
They were very prompt in providing the return address and responded to each of my emails within a day.
Return Details
They made the ridiculous request that I take photos of any size discrepancies between my clothing and their clothing since my return reason was sizing (they sent me sample images of two shirts stacked on top of one another). They made it sound like this was required to process the return. I told them no.
They offered me the following return/refund options:
- Standard return (pay for shipping and mail to the provided return address)
- Partial refund of 50% + keep the items
Is Evaless Legit or a Scam?

Reverse Image Search:
Based on my findings, there are MANY other small boutiques/online shops/marketplaces that appear to sell many of the same items as Evaless.
In this case, since Evaless also sells wholesale, I believe they are the source of their product images.
Possible reasons for this include the use of the same suppliers, this shop operating as a wholesaler or marketplace, the same owner operating multiple stores and/or selling on multiple platforms, the use of stolen images, etc.
I highly recommend doing Reverse Image Searches when shopping online for price and quality checking purposes. You might be surprised at what you find!
Website/Company Search:
No suspicious information (such as lawsuits or alerts from the Better Business Bureau) was found.
However, there is a surprisingly large number of positive reviews on Trustpilot. I believe that these positive reviews are possibly fake or dishonest.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Even though their prices are fairly low, here are 4 reasons why I would not shop here again:
- They falsely told me they are a U.S. company. After brief research, they are CLEARLY a Chinese company.
- The clothing quality is bad/mediocre. The screenprints are blurry and look unattractive.
- The items in my order run small despite following the size charts.
- Upon asking for a return due to sizing issues, they asked that I take photos of my normal clothes stacked on top of their clothes to show the size difference. This was a RIDICULOUS request, and I refused. They should have kindly asked this as a favor, rather than make it seem like a required part of the return process.
Overall, my experience wasn’t horrendous, but this shop is nothing special and isn’t worth my money or trouble.
HOWEVER, if you want to give this brand a try at a lower risk and more conveniently, check out Evaless’s Amazon Storefront! I could see an item or two working out – but be wary of anything that’s screenprinted!
