Redcloudbird Review and Order Details
I ordered the below items on 3/6/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $113.96 to 伊工達網絡科技有限公司 (paypal@keep-on-line.com) via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *ROMSEANSHOP”. – View Order Confirmation & View PayPal Payment Receipt
My Order Confirmation email totals $94.97, and my PayPal receipt totals $113.96. I paid $18.99 more than my Order Confirmation email, which was completely unexpected.
1) Christmas Fashion Waist Twist Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: White / M / $39.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Acrylic
Expectation: It is not what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The braided texture appears bigger in the product image, and the dress is much thinner and more transparent in person.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits but isn’t the right proportions for my body (the waist sits too high). View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Redcloudbird dress.
It is very thin and see-through, the waist sits too high, and the material feels really cheap and synthetic. Overall, it is not great quality at all and is VERY overpriced.
2) Solid-Color Loose Plush Lapel Jacket
- Color, Size, and Cost: Khaki / S / $39.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Polyester
Expectation: It is not what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The collar is way more poofy in person (it doesn’t lay flat), the buttons on the cuffs are missing, and the color and texture look different.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it is the right size, but the fit is not at all to my liking. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Redcloudbird jacket.
Firstly, it is missing buttons on the cuffs. Even if the cuffs DID have buttons, they would be much too tight around my wrists. Secondly, the sleeve length is a bit short for the oversized fit. Thirdly, the material is like a cheap sherpa blanket. It is too thick in the double-layered areas like the collar and cuffs (as you can see, the collar is so thick that it doesn’t lay flat). Anhd finally, it is WAY too expensive for the quality.
Shipment Info
I received two items in two packages, and the packages came from warehouses/distribution centers in the United States. At least one of them originated from Italy. I was provided a tracking number in my Order Confirmation email.

- Order shipped on Wed, March 8th / Fri, March 17th
- Order received on Wed, March 22nd / Wed, March 30th
Total time of 24 days (to receive the complete order)
Note: Their shipping policy states up to 5 business days to process the order, but does not provide a shipping time frame.
Return & Refund Info
I emailed support to request a full return on March 24th. I went back and forth with them for several days, and they did not ever provide approval for a return and withheld the return address. I filed a dispute/claim with PayPal on April 4th.
I explained to PayPal that I tried to resolve the return issue with the seller directly, but the customer service experience was poor and they repeatedly ignored my request for a return address. PayPal reached out to the seller, who responded with a return address in Hong Kong. I mailed the package on May 5th through USPS, which cost $27.41.
Redcloudbird never received my package. About one month after sending it, the package was returned to the sender (me) due to an incomplete or nonexistent address. I informed PayPal about this, and they ended up closing the dispute/claim in my favor on June 14th.
I received a full refund of $88.06 on June 14th. Note: I received a random refund amount of $25.90 (which does not match the cost of any of the items I ordered) back to my PayPal on March 19th. These two totals combined equal the original amount I paid. I received the complete refund eighty-one days after initially requesting a return. – View Refund Receipt

Support Experience
- TERRIBLE. It was like going back and forth with a brick wall. There was a notable language barrier, and I asked for the return address OVER SEVEN TIMES.
- At one point, they had the audacity to offer a $10 refund (and keep the items). Upon telling them no, they said, “I’m very sorry, but I have tried my best to compensate you. If the amount is too much, it may cause trouble to my work. I hope you can forgive me”.
- As previously mentioned, an item was out of stock. They never informed me, and the only reason I found out was because I asked them about it.
- As previously mentioned, I received a random ~$25 refund. They never bothered to reach out to let me know and explain the refund. The amount doesn’t correlate with anything on my Order Confirmation email (the out-of-stock item cost more than that).

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, this company is a scam. I paid for my items (they snuck in a 20% tax after I submitted my payment), and received 2 out of the 3 things I ordered (which by the way, were extremely subpar in quality, and the jacket was missing buttons on the cuffs). I had to inquire about the missing item, as they did not inform me that it was out of stock. I requested a return, and they kept responding with templated messages that failed to address my questions and concerns.
They never approved my return, and I had to file a dispute/claim with PayPal. They finally responded to PayPal and provided their return address in Hong Kong. I sent the package, and one month later, the package was returned to me due to the address being incomplete or nonexistent. PayPal closed the dispute/claim in my favor and I got a full refund. What an absolute nightmare.
