Offering a range of affordable footwear that fits any woman’s taste, Sixshe takes great pride in sharing their passion for great style with every customer. Customer satisfaction is paramount and their team of experienced professionals ensures that every query, big or small, is resolved promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.

What is Sixshe’s seller name, and do they run any other online stores? The seller name shown on my PayPal account is Microsequence. I am unsure if they operate other online stores, but I will update this section if I learn anything new.
What is Sixshe’s legal business name? According to their Terms & Conditions page, their legal business name is UMALL TECHNOLOGY S.A.R.L.
What does Sixshe sell & do they carry plus sizes? They list categories for women’s tops, dresses, coats & jackets, sweaters & cardigans, jumpsuits & rompers, suits, sets, swim, women’s shoes, men’s shoes, and more. They carry plus sizes up to 5XL in some clothing.
Where is Sixshe located & what is their business address? According to their Terms & Conditions page, they are located in France. Their business address is – 15 Rue Des Halles, Paris, France. I looked up this address and it is the location of a bistro.
Where is Sixshe’s clothing made & where does their clothing ship from? My item does not have a care label attached, so I cannot confirm where it was made. My package came from a warehouse in Cedar Grove, New Jersey (United States).

How long has Sixshe been in business? According to a domain age-checking tool, their website was created in 2021.
Is Sixshe a sustainable brand? Since they don’t state anything on their site regarding efforts in sustainability, or ways that they give back to the community, it is likely that they are not ethical and are fast fashion.

Return Policy
The return window is any time within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, if the specified time has passed, the company cannot offer a refund or free exchange. You must ensure that the item(s) being returned are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all original labels. To get the return address, you must contact their support email. Once they receive the returned package, they will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.

❌ I never received the Drape Me Baby dress. I reached out to customer service and they offered to send me a replacement, but I told them not to as I wanted a full refund for my entire order.

What I Received
I received one item, and the package came from a warehouse in Cedar Grove, New Jersey (United States). However, I ordered two items, and the shipment email showed that both items were supposed to be in the package.

Return & Refund
- Return requested: I emailed support to request a full return on April 2nd. I also inquired about the missing item.
- Return approved: My return request was not approved. They stopped responding to my emails. I sent a follow-up email 5 days after the last one, and I got a Postmaster email saying it was undeliverable (see image below). I filed a claim with PayPal on April 12th.
- Dispute/claim information: I explained that I could no longer communicate with the seller due to their inbox being full. It appears they could not get a hold of the seller either, and I did not have to return the items. PayPal closed the dispute/claim in my favor on April 15th.
- Refund received: I received $86.38 (full refund) back to my PayPal on April 15th. (See image below)

- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting.
- Quality: The quality is okay. I see some loose and pulled-out threads. It is comparable to a jacket you might find at Target or H&M.
- Fit: It fits well. I followed the size chart.
- Value: This Sixshe jacket is overpriced. I would pay $30 at the most.

📦 Order Related
- Did the order arrive on time and as expected? One out of the two items ordered came within the estimated time frame. The second item never came.
- Did they let you know when the items shipped and did they provide a tracking number? Yes, they sent me an email letting me know that the order was on the way. They provided the tracking number.
- What is the general quality of the items ordered? Based on my order, I would rate the general quality of Sixshe’s clothing 3-3.5 out of 5 stars, which is decent. In other words, if fairly priced, I would be happy with the clothing.
- How accurate is the sizing based on the items ordered? I, unfortunately, can’t confidently say because one item never arrived, and the other is one size. However, the one-size item fits well.
- Were there any issues or discrepancies with the payment? No, my PayPal was charged the expected amount.
- Does the clothing have brand tags and sufficient care label information? No, the item does not have Sixshe brand tags. It actually has a different brand on the label called YQVA along with Chinese characters. Regarding the care label, the item does not have one.
📧 Support & Return Related
- Was the return request approved? No, they did not approve my request as they suddenly stopped replying. I followed up and received a notice that their email inbox was full and they could not receive my email. I filed a PayPal claim.
- Was customer service professional and easy to deal with? Initially, talking to support was fine. They responded twice (although I had to follow up once since they were slow to respond). Since their inbox was full, I was unable to continue communicating with them. Very unprofessional.
- Did customer service offer any return alternatives? No, my return was never approved.
- What country is the return address in and what was the return cost? I was never provided the return address and was given a full refund for my items through PayPal.
- Was the refund successful? Yes, PayPal closed the case in my favor and I got a full refund 3 days after filing a claim.
- Did support reach out about any issues with the order? No, but they should have since an item I ordered never arrived.
🌐 Company & Site Related
- Are they sustainable? I do not believe that they are sustainable.
- Are their prices fair and are they affordable? Based on my order, I think they charge too much for the quality. Affordability-wise, the clothing is overall expensive. The average cost of a top is around $43.
- Is there anything important to know regarding any of their policies? According to their return policy, sale items and orders that used free shipping are eligible for exchanges only.
- Do they offer free shipping and other discounts? Yes, they offer free shipping on orders over $79. They do have coupons available.
Final Verdict
In this section of the Sixshe review, I will answer whether this company is legitimate and if I recommend that others shop here. Keep reading for more! Note: If my purchased items arrive, I am able to return the items successfully, and I receive a refund in the agreed-upon amount, I am deeming the company legitimate. However, if any criminal activity is discovered, I will deem the entire company (and all stores under that seller) fraudulent.
IMPORTANT I am NOT paid, or otherwise incentivized by sixshe.com to write a review. I pay for everything out-of-pocket. I will NEVER accept freebies from a company in exchange for a review. In the spirit of honesty, this entire post is based on my personal experience, and does not guarantee the same results for you. I encourage you to do further research, and read reviews by other customers as well.
Is Sixshe Legit or a Scam?
Based on my experience, they are a scam. I paid for two items but only received one. Sixshe never informed me, and I had to email them about this. I requested a return, and after about two responses from them, I got an email saying that my email bounced due to their inbox being full. They never approved my return, nor did they refund me for the missing item, so I had to file a claim with PayPal. They closed the case in my favor within three days and gave me a full refund.
If you choose to shop here anyway, shop with caution. I have found duplicate content on other sites such as About page wording, and their customer service seems dodgy. I urge you to read as many reviews from customers as you can find, in order to make the best decision.

I’m considering partnering with a U.S.-based wholesaler and opening a women’s clothing shop. Each item would be hand-selected, and personally reviewed by me (I would leave an honest and helpful review on every single product page). Items that don’t get my seal of approval would never get listed. Honesty and transparency are non-negotiables – absolutely no misleading information or price gouging.
