Mediocre & Okay

This clothing is generally made of cheap or semi-cheap materials and may be somewhat poorly/cheaply constructed.

I would only wear/keep clothing in this quality category if it were priced cheaply and fit okay.

3.5 – 4 Stars

Decent & Pretty Good

This clothing is generally made of okay/decent-quality materials and may be a bit cheaply constructed.
