Let’s cut to the chase. Is zeagoo.com, the women’s clothing shop, a legit website? The short answer is yes, they seem to be legitimate. I received my clothing order, was approved for a return, and mailed the package back to their warehouse/returns center (I am now waiting on the refund). Now the biggest question is, assuming the refund is successful, would I shop here again?

No, they likely are not. They don’t state anything on their site regarding efforts in sustainability.
I can confirm, however, that my items arrived in recyclable paper packaging and plastic packaging made of 50% recyclable content.

- Their Facebook page links to zeagoocommunity.com. I emailed support asking them about this, and they said that their only website is zeagoo.com. It’s very confusing, but I suspect this is an old website they don’t update anymore and just haven’t updated their Facebook page.
Zeagoo Review and Order Details
I ordered the below items on 3/13/2024 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $126.38 to Zeagoo official (service@zeagoo.com) via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *ZEAGOOO89J2”. – View Order Confirmation
1) High-Waisted Leather Pencil Skirt
Brand Label: Zeagoo
Color/Size/Cost: Navy / L (8-10) / $24.00 (Sale Price)
Country: Made in China
Material: Different materials are listed in two places:
- Product page- 70% PU Leather / 30% Cotton
- Care label- 100% Polyester
Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality of the main material is decent, however, it is somewhat poorly/cheaply constructed. It is one thin layer of PU leather, the zipper looks and feels a bit cheap, and the base of the zipper creates tension in the fabric. Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits at least one size too big. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Zeagoo skirt.
Though the material from the outside feels and looks okay (from certain angles), it is too big and cheaply made. It is made of one single layer of material, the zipper was sewn in a way that creates scrunching and tension in the fabric around it, the sides are folded weirdly (though this could maybe be fixed with ironing), and the back zipper is an obnoxious bright silver color and feels cheap. Maybe this is acceptable for the price for some, but I would not keep this even if it fit.
2) Oversized Sweatshirt Graphic Print Top

Color/Size/Cost: Black / L (8-10) / $18.40 (Sale Price)
Country: Made in China
Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. It is missing the entire flower graphic in the center.

Keep or Return: I would return this Zeagoo sweatshirt.
Though the quality overall feels okay, and I like the oversized fit, there are a few issues. Firstly, it is missing the graphic. I’m not sure what happened, but I’m assuming it was a one-off mistake. Secondly, the crewneck isn’t rounded enough. As I move around, the neck slides back, creating a slight choking feeling (I don’t like necklines that feel constricting), and the drop shoulder-style arms feel a bit annoying. I can feel the shoulder seams along my arms. If this wasn’t missing the graphic, I would definitely keep it for the price!
3) Quilted Bomber Jacket With Pockets

Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Keep or Return: I would return his Zeagoo jacket.
Though it looks nice at a glance, it doesn’t fit well and it feels cheap. As soon as I picked this up, I was shocked at how cheap-feeling and lightweight it is. The ribbed cuffs and waist feel scratchy and overstretched (they offer very little resistance when I stretch them), and the zipper feels rough and doesn’t zip smoothly. While the jacket is lightly filled/padded and feels warm, I would not pay $47 for this.
4) Satin Dress Wrap V-Neck Mini Dress

Color/Size/Cost: Terracotta / L (8-10) / $36.99
Country: Made in China
Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is not what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. It is MUCH shiner/more reflective in person; the material looks entirely different.

Keep or Return: I would return this Zeagoo dress.
Though this dress is ULTRA silky smooth/soft, is slightly stretchy, and looks stunning, I have a few complaints. Firstly, it is one thin layer of material and it is a bit static-inducing. Secondly, the inside of the dress has lots of messy threading and the belt loops are cheaply sewn on. And lastly, I think it’s a bit overpriced for the quality.

I received four items in three packages at my address in North Carolina (United States). The packages came from warehouses/distribution centers in the United States. I was provided tracking numbers through USPS.

Return & Refund Info
I emailed support (service@zeagoo.com) to request a full return on March 24th. My request was approved the next day, and I was provided with the return address. I mailed the package on March 30th via USPS and paid a total of $6.54.

- Please put all the products in the original package and write a note stating your order number + “scrap disposition”.
- Please provide us with the tracking number after you return it. We will provide a refund when we receive a valid tracking number and it shows that the package was delivered.

Is Zeagoo Legit or a Scam?
Similar Sites & Analysis
Reverse Image Search:
Based on my findings, there are MANY other small boutiques/online shops/marketplaces that appear to sell many of the same items as Zeagoo.
Possible reasons for this include the use of the same suppliers, this shop operating as a wholesaler or marketplace, the same owner operating multiple stores and/or selling on multiple platforms, the use of stolen images, etc.
With that being said, I found several of the same products on Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart Marketplace, etc. for much cheaper. For example, I found the below jacket for $69.99 on Zeagoo, and $36.16 on AliExpress. Based on the reverse image search results, I believe these are identical/near-identical items offered at vastly different prices (as opposed to one being a cheap-quality version of the other).
I highly recommend doing Reverse Image Searches when shopping online for price and quality checking purposes. You might be surprised at what you find!

No suspicious information (such as lawsuits or alerts from the Better Business Bureau) was found.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience so far, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them well within the estimated time frame, was approved for a return, and mailed the return package. I am waiting for the refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Even though the shipping was fast (under a week) and support was responsive, here are my 5 reasons why I would not shop here again:
- I found a few inconsistencies regarding the material listings. The product pages say one thing, and the care labels say another.
- The general quality is just okay. One item arrived without the graphic screen-printed on it (I will assume this is a one-off mistake), another is missing a much-needed inner layer (poor design/construction), materials are thin, etc.
- Sizing seems inconsistent. Some run a size too big, some fit well, etc.
- The non-discounted items are overpriced for the quality.
- Based on my research, I believe I can get many of the same items for cheaper elsewhere.
Overall, I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I am disappointed in my items. HOWEVER, I would be willing to try this brand on Amazon since they are a much more reliable/convenient shopping platform (from easier returns to product-specific customer reviews, etc.). So, if you want to try this brand at a lower risk and more conveniently, check outcheck out Zeagoo’s Amazon Storefront!
