The short answer is yes, they are a legitimate company. I received my order, returned everything, and got a refund. But, would I shop here again?

Clothing Review
I ordered the below items on 9/30/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $275.64 to Petal & Pup USA Inc (contactus@petalandpup.com) via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *PETALPUPUSA”. – View Order Confirmation
1) Eloise Lace Jumpsuit
- Color, Size, and Cost: Ivory / M / $79.00
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 60% Cotton, and 40% Nylon
- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is decent. It is comparable to a jumpsuit you might find at Target or H&M
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it overall fits like a glove, however, the torso is too short. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would return this Petal and Pup jumpsuit. While I like how sturdy the lace feels, the torso is too short and gives me a wedgie, the price is steep for Target quality clothing, and it is a bit see-through (if you wear non-nude colored undergarments). The clasp above the zipper is also sewn on sloppily.
2) Lue Tiered Mini Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Dusty Purple / M / $79.00
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Polyester
- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is decent. It is comparable to a dress you might find at Target or H&M.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits 1 size too big all over. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would return this Petal and Pup mini dress. While I really like that it is thick (the torso area has three layers and feels very padded), and the material flows well (it is almost like a super thin and smooth styrofoam that has been pleated), the dress is much too expensive for how poor the craftsmanship is. I see tons of sloppily cut threads, threads that have looped and been sewn over, long free-hanging threads, and material that has not been cut straight (this part is hidden under a ruffled layer).
3) Sabine Halterneck Maxi Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Black Floral / M / $99.00
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Polyester
- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is decent. It is comparable to a dress you might find at Target or H&M.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would return this Petal and Pup dress. While I love the overall style, the pockets, and the soft feel of this dress, it isn’t the right fit for me. The chest is better suited for a larger bust (if I move around, the waist shifts, causes the chest area to scrunch up, and makes my chest look deflated since I don’t fill it out). Also, it is almost too tight in the waist, but going up a size would likely be too big. Another very important thing is that this dress is grotesquely overpriced. This is something I would get at Target for maybe $40…but $100? Absolutely not.

Note: Their shipping policy states up to 6 business days (including processing time) for standard U.S. shipping.
Return & Refund Info
I completed a return request via their return portal on October 6th. My request was approved instantly, and I was provided a prepaid return label. I mailed the package on October 6th via USPS. Petal and Pup will deduct a $9.95 handling fee from my refund.
I received a full refund (minus the handling fee) of $265.69 on October 11th. I received the refund five days after I mailed the package. – View Refund Receipt

Support Experience
- Since they have a simple return portal, I did not have to reach out to customer service. The return was overall a speedy process!
- Regarding refund options, they offered for me to move forward with a standard refund back to my original payment method minus a $9.95 handling fee, or a refund to store credit without any additional fee.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund (minus the handling fee).
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
The positives are that the shipping was fast, the return was easy (didn’t involve going back and forth with support to get the return address), and the clothing is cute and of decent quality. I also appreciate that the product images and descriptions seem to match the items I received.
The reason I wouldn’t shop here again is because all three of my items are priced WAY too high. If the prices were a better fit for the quality, I would be happy with my purchase. If pricing is the issue, does that mean I would be happy just buying the items on sale? Unfortunately, no. It seems like EVERYTHING that is on sale, is also Final Sale. Two of my items did not fit properly, so purchasing blindly without being able to return is not a risk I am willing to take.
