Loragal Review – Why Their Clothing Isn’t Worth It

Not sure about buying clothes from loragal.com? Don’t worry, I’ve been there and done that! So, is Loragal legit? The short answer is yes, they seem to be a legitimate company. I received my order, was approved for a return, and mailed the package. I am waiting for the refund. Assuming the refund process is smooth, would I shop here again?

What is Loragal?
They are an online retailer that specializes in women’s apparel, shoes, and accessories. Founded in 2020, the company primarily serves Europe, America, and the United Kingdom but also has customers worldwide. The brand allegedly focuses on empowering women through fashion, offering stylish and quality products at affordable prices. Manufactured using both machinery and handmade techniques, the clothing supposedly goes through rigorous testing and inspection to ensure quality. They also claim to be efficient in logistics and transportation, working closely with various logistics companies to provide cost-effective delivery.
Is Loragal sustainable?
No, they likely are not. They don’t state anything on their site regarding efforts in sustainability, or ways that they give back to the community.

Where does Loragal ship from?
Both of my packages were shipped to me from warehouses/distribution centers in Florida (United States).
Where is Loragal located?
According to their Contact page, they are located in China. Their business address is 710J, Haosheng Business Center, Dongbin Rd, Nanshan Street, Nanshan, Shenzhen.

- According to their Contact page, and my PayPal transaction, they are affiliated with the following legal business names:

- Read this list of online stores that the owner of Loragal most likely owns as well. This list has been compiled using clues like matching Google site logos, PayPal merchant names, business addresses, site layouts, etc.
- They offer free shipping over $89.
- They allow returns within 30 days of delivery.

Loragal Review and Order Details
I ordered the below items on 10/17/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $181.96 to Yike Times Co., Ltd. via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *YIKETIMESCOJ6YL”. – View Order Confirmation
1) Deep V Neck Cami Asymmetric Ruffled A-Line Vacation Maxi Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Red / M / $42.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 95% Polyester, and 5% Cotton
Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. The chest area offers a bit less coverage in person and seems to be a different shape. This could partly be due to the size I chose.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is mediocre. It is comparable to a dress you might find at Charlotte Russe or Ross.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well. View my body measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Loragal dress.
While I absolutely LOVE the fit, the soft and semi-stretchy material, the double-layered chest, and the classic ruffles, I can’t justify paying over $40 for this. It is overall sloppily sewn with loose threads all over the place. There is a section where the material wasn’t aligned before sewing, and as a result, has a hole.
2) Cross Halter Sequin Cut Out Party Cocktail Midi Dresses
- Color, Size, and Cost: Red / XL / $49.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 95% Polyester, and 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is pretty bad. It is comparable to a dress you might find at one of those no-name stores at a strip mall.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits at least 2 sizes too big. I was sent an XXL when I ordered an XL. View my body measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Loragal dress.
Firstly, the material is really thin and flimsy. Secondly, the strip sewn vertically on the mesh in the front is off-center. Finally, this is atrociously sewn. Many long loose threads, exposed raw edges on the inside, and the zipper is poorly sewn on. Considering how poor quality this is, it is much too expensive.
3) Pattern Print Off Shoulder Lantern Sleeve Crop Top Slit Side Vacation Maxi Skirt Matching Set
- Color, Size, and Cost: Beige / L / $39.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 95% Polyester, and 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The top has warmer orange and brown tones in the product image, the skirt shows decorative folds that mine does not have, and it also looks much flowier in the product image.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is okay. It is comparable to a two-piece skirt set you might find at Forever 21.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it is the right size, but it isn’t the right proportions for my body shape. The top is 1-2 sizes too big, and the bottoms are 1 size too small. View my body measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Loragal two-piece skirt set.
While I like the quality of the top (it feels decently thick and smooth), the overall fit is off, and the skirt is see-through, not at all flowy, and seems a little worse quality than the top. Additionally, I see some loose threads in a few areas.
I could see this fitting someone with smaller hips and a bigger bust much better. I would opt for a darker set though, to avoid the see-through aspect.
4) Party Reflective Half Sleeve V Neck Wide Leg Jumpsuit
- Color, Size, and Cost: Green / L / $48.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 95% Polyester, and 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The color isn’t the same shade of green, the material/texture looks WILDLY different (along with the reflectiveness), and the waistband fits very differently.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is mediocre. It is comparable to a jumpsuit you might find at Charlotte Russe or Ross.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits 1-2 sizes too big. View my body measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Loragal jumpsuit.
This is a very interesting garment. The best way I can describe the material is like a silky, metallic trash bag. The quality feels a lot like a 70’s Saint Patrick’s Day costume you might buy in a bag at Party City. I see loose threads and poorly sewn areas. For example, one of the pockets was not properly aligned before sewing. So, from the inside, there is a large hole. Overall, this jumpsuit is wildly expensive considering how poor quality it is.
Shipment Info
I received four items in two packages at my address in North Carolina (United States). The packages came from a warehouse/ distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number.

- Order placed on Tues, October 17th
- Order shipped on Thurs, October 26th AND Tues, October 31st
- Order received on Thurs, November 2nd AND Thurs, November 9th
Total time of 23 days (to receive the complete order)
Note: Their shipping policy states up to 28 business days (including processing time) for standard U.S. shipping.
Return & Refund Info
I emailed support to request a full return on November 12th. My request was approved five days later on November 17th, and I was provided with the return address. I mailed the package on November 17th via USPS and paid a total of $7.02.
The refund is pending.

Note: If your return is international, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you print out the address in the local language (if you can get it) and tape it on the package. You will need to ask them for it, as they will likely only provide you with the Romanized English version of the address. Per the advice of a USPS worker, this should help with delivery once the package reaches the destination country.
Support Experience
- I had to ask for the return information FOUR TIMES before they provided it to me. They gave me the return address first, and then after another email of convincing me to keep the items, sent me a return form that I needed to fill out, print, and include in the return package.
- Upon asking for a return, they requested the return reason, and photos of the size tags on the product packages.
- They alternatively offered me a 20% refund + keep the items, or a discount code worth $72 + keep the items. After rejecting these offers, they bumped up their offer to a 50% refund. I rejected all offers.
Provided return instructions and guidelines:
- Before returning, please confirm the product(s) you return needs to be in original and intact condition. Item(s) should be put in the original bag(s) that have the product code(s).
- Print the attached return form, fill in the “reason for return” & “sign” sections, take a clear photo of the form, and then put it into the parcel.
- Send the package and take a clear photo of the delivery note and tracking number.
- After sending the package, kindly give us the tracking number and photos you took. They are necessary pieces of information for processing the refund in our system.
- Note: The return address is managed by a third-party cooperative company that only handles returns by mail. For any inquiries about a refund, please direct to our customer support.

Reverse Image Search:
I found several of the same products on AliExpress. For example, I found the below dress for $39.99 on Loragal, and $15.60 on AliExpress. I highly recommend doing reverse image searches when shopping online to ensure you are not getting ripped off.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience so far, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, was approved for a return, and mailed the return package. I am waiting for the refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Firstly, all of my items are semi-mediocre in quality at best. Two of the four items have holes in them from poor sewing. Secondly, it took a LONG time to receive my items. Over three weeks to be exact. Thirdly, I had to ask for the return information numerous times. They were insistent that I keep the items for a partial refund. Finally, after a reverse image search, many of their items can be found for MUCH cheaper on sites like AliExpress. With all of this in mind, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
