I ordered the below items on 10/23/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $148.26 to Elf fashion via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *ELF FAS3DL8”. – View Order Confirmation
1) Sleeveless Denim Floral-Print One-Piece
Brand Label: MISSLOOK
Color/Size/Cost: Blue / S / $31.84
Country: Made in China
Material: Denim
Expectation: They are VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The chest area is much smaller and not full-coverage, the positioning of the flowers is different, one of the flowers is a harsh black color in person when it looks navy blue in the product image, and the zipper area is shorter.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is mediocre. See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well. I would prefer a bigger size for a baggier look though. View my Body Measurements size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Roselinlin overalls.
The material is light and flimsy, the screen-printed flowers feel fairly durable but are stiff and feel a bit uncomfortable, the zipper is too high and too short, the metal clasps on the straps are really cheap and hard to use, the buttons on the chest are off center, and I see loose threads and poorly sewn areas all over.
2) Casual Regular-Fit Denim Pants

Color/Size/Cost: Blue / L / $31.84
Country: Made in China
Material: 80% Cotton / 20% Polyester
Expectation: They are VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The light-colored threads are much less noticeable, the wash is darker and overall completely different, and the rise is much higher.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality of the material is mediocre (but acceptable enough), however, it is very poorly constructed (crooked back seam, pockets, and other defects). See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit at least 1 size too big. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Roselinlin jeans.
While I love the softer-feeling, stretchy, semi-thick denim, these jeans are pretty atrocious. Firstly, the bleached areas are unappealing-looking and are not placed in flattering areas. Secondly, the back pockets are too far apart, and one of the pockets is sewn farther away from the center seam than the other. Thirdly, the back seam is both crooked and sewn terribly. You can see two bunched-up sections where the seam wasn’t flattened before sewing. Fourthly, the buttons are REALLY cheaply made. And finally, there are many loose threads and horribly sewn areas.

I received two items in one package at my address in North Carolina (United States). The package originated from China, and I received it from a distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number through Yanwen.

Return & Refund Info
I emailed support (service@roselinlin.com) to request a full return on November 12th. My request was approved the next day on November 13th, and I was provided with a prepaid return label. I mailed the package on November 17th via USPS.

General Responsiveness
They responded to each of my emails within a day and promptly provided the prepaid return label.
Shipment Details
I received a ‘Delayed Notice For Your Item(s)’ email on November 5th for 3 items in my order.
Return Details
They provided me with the following return/refund options:
- First Email: “…a 40% cash refund for the specified returned item(s) if you decide to keep them.”
- Second Email:
- “Keep the items and receive a 55% cash refund of the item(s) selected for the return.”
- “Return for money refund using the attached return label (PDF file). We will deduct a $7.99 return shipping fee.”
Refund Details
The refund process was a bit annoying. They refunded the returned items first, but I had canceled the other items earlier. I asked them about the refund on the canceled items, and here is how that conversation went:
- ME (November 22nd): “Where is my refund for the delayed items I cancelled?”
- Support (November 22nd): “We previously received your request to cancel the unshipped goods, but no customer service personnel continued to follow up after the system sent an automatic email, so we did not cancel your unshipped goods. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Now you have a total of 3 unshipped items that have not yet been refunded. Two of them are ready to be shipped. Can you give us a little more time? If you are still willing to wait for these three items, we can provide you with a 10% overdue refund compensation. Your order will be put on hold for 7 days while we wait for your reply.”
- ME (November 22nd): “CANCEL ALL 3. Please do not ship any of them.”

Reverse Image Search:
Based on my findings, there are MANY other small boutiques/online shops/marketplaces that appear to sell many of the same items as Roselinlin.
In this case, since Roselinlin also sells wholesale, I believe they are the source of their product images.
Possible reasons for this include the use of the same suppliers, this shop operating as a wholesaler or marketplace, the same owner operating multiple stores and/or selling on multiple platforms, the use of stolen images, etc.
I highly recommend doing Reverse Image Searches when shopping online for price and quality checking purposes. You might be surprised at what you find!
Website/Company Search:
No suspicious information (such as lawsuits or alerts from the Better Business Bureau) was found.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received part of my order within the estimated time frame (I was notified of delayed shipping for the others), successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Here are my 2 reasons why:
- The clothing is mediocre in quality. The overalls are acceptable, but the jeans are TERRIBLE – they are one of the worst quality jeans I’ve come across.
- The delayed items notification was vague and unhelpful. I waited a week after that notification, and nothing happened. For all I know, the items never would have arrived or would have arrived over a month later.
Overall a subpar experience, and not worth my time or money.
HOWEVER, if you still want to give this brand a try and see for yourself (at a lower risk and more conveniently), check out Roselinlin’s Amazon Storefront!
