I received my clothing order and successfully returned everything for a refund. Now the biggest question is, would I shop here again?

1) Riser Recycled Cotton LS T-Shirt
- Color, Size, and Cost: Blue Coral / M / $39.95
- Country: Made in Morocco
- Material: 50% Recycled Cotton, and 50% Organic Cotton
Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well (though I would prefer a bigger size for a cozier fit). View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would keep this Passenger long-sleeve shirt.
While the quality isn’t anything special, and the seams along the shoulders on the back of the shirt look and feel a bit weird, I love the overall fit, ribbed cuffs, and cotton material. The material is thin but feels breathable and durable. I am willing to pay the higher price tag since the materials are sustainable.
2) Compass Recycled Corduroy Pants
- Color, Size, and Cost: Dark Denim / M (R) / $89.95
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 30% Recycled Cotton, and 70% Cotton Corduroy
Expectation: They are exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit like a glove (though I would prefer a bigger size for more breathing room). View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return these Passenger pants.
While they are overall made well and have DEEP front pockets, they aren’t my style. They fit a bit stiffly and don’t have any stretch. I also don’t like that the back pockets are so far apart. If you are someone who likes corduroy and non-stretch pants, I could see these working for you.
3) Alexander Recycled Polar Hooded Fleece
- Color, Size, and Cost: Sunrise Orange / M / $104.95
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Recycled Polyester
Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Keep or Return: I would keep this Passenger fleece jacket (I would exchange it for a new one though).
There is a light but pretty big stain on the front lower pocket area; I assume it is a one-off issue. But overall, it fits very well, the fleece is soft and has a nice thickness to it, and it feels warm. This would be great for 40-50 degree weather. I also love the plethora of big pockets and the long length of the sleeves. One negative (aside from the stain) is that I see some early signs of pilling. Some areas of the fleece are starting to look bunched/balled up. This makes me think the price is a little bit steep… but again, since it’s sustainable, I would be happy with a fresh one, and would wash it carefully.

I received three items in one package at my address in North Carolina (United States). The package came from a warehouse/distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number.

Note: Their shipping policy states up to 7 business days (including processing time) for standard U.S. shipping.
Return & Refund Info
I requested a return through their return portal on November 15th. My request was approved the same day, and I was emailed a $10.19 invoice that I needed to pay to get the prepaid return label. After paying and receiving the return label shortly after, I mailed the package on November 18th via DHL.
I first received a partial refund of $225.01 on December 13th. I emailed support asking about the missing $9.84, and they apologized and refunded the remaining amount on December 14th. I received the full refund 26 days after I mailed the package.- View Refund Receipt
I believe what happened with the refund is that when I requested the return, they had me pay for the label upfront (and I think this was their old return policy). It looks like the current (updated) return policy mentions that they deduct the label cost from your refund. So when I was refunded, they deducted the label cost by mistake, when I paid for it upfront.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I would shop here again.
Regarding the positives, the clothing is good quality, they all fit well, the materials used in all of the items are made of sustainable materials, the delivery was fast as it only took 8 days, the return process is straightforward and doesn’t involve a back and forth with support, and the return cost is cheap considering it is an international return.
As for the negatives, the prices are expensive, the fleece jacket arrived with a large faint stain on it, and the prepaid return label is a separate paid transaction rather than a deduction from the refund (this appears to have been updated). None of these are deal-breakers though. A replacement would be easy, and the high price tag is to be expected with sustainable products.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and shopping experience. I would purchase from them again!
