1) Floral-Print Hot-Stamped Side-Slit Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Golden / M – US 8-10 / $39.98
- Country: Made in China
- Material: Different materials are listed in two places:
- Product page- 97% Polyester / 3% Spandex
- Care label- 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. The gold coloring is more dulled in person.

Keep or Return: I would return this Rosewe dress.
While the pattern is beautiful, and the style is pretty, it is cheaply made. The material also feels a bit scratchy. For the quality, this dress is overpriced.
2) Asymmetry Long Lapel Sleeveless Jumpsuit

It is cute and fits decently well, however, I would expect something a bit better quality for the price. The material feels cheaper than I would like.
3) Floral-Print Patchwork Multi-Color Bikini Set

Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.

Keep or Return: I would return this Rosewe swimsuit.
Though the price is great, and the bottoms are surprisingly a decent fit, the quality is cheap. The bottoms are double-layered just in the front (a decent-quality swimsuit will be entirely double-layered), and the removable cups are not well-made and are tiny.

Return & Refund Info
I completed a return request for all items via their return portal on July 4th. It was instantaneously approved, and I was provided a prepaid return label. I mailed the package on July 5th. I purchased their ‘free return care’ package during checkout for $3.99, so the prepaid label was ‘free’.
I received a full refund of $104.90 (minus the shipping insurance cost, and the ‘free return care’ cost I initially paid) on July 12th. I received the refund seven days after mailing the package. – View Refund Receipt

Support Experience
- They offer full store credit as an alternate refund option. If you move forward with a regular refund back to your original payment method, they deduct a $9.99 shipping fee.
- I asked Rosewe’s customer support about their affiliation with Modlily, and they denied being related several times. I then pointed out that both sites list a shared legal business name, and THEN they admitted to being affiliated.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate site. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund (minus various fees).
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
First off, let’s talk about the positives. I received my package in just 8 days, and the return process was a breeze thanks to their user-friendly return portal. I got my refund shortly after sending my return package, and I appreciated the fact that their return address was in the US for faster processing and lower return costs.
On the other hand, the overall quality of the clothing is not great. I also noticed a small inconsistency between the material stated on the website and the care label (specifically for the dress). It may be minor (just a few percentage points), but it does raise some concerns about their overall integrity. My experience with customer support was also a bit questionable – they initially denied being affiliated with Modlily, and I had to provide evidence for them to admit they were related. They also use a lot of AI-edited images, which can pretty easily set false expectations for customers.
