Quince Review and Order Details
I ordered the below items on 10/21/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $235.54 to Quince (care@onequince.com) via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *QUINCE“. – View Order Confirmation
1) 100% Organic Cotton Turtleneck Sweater
- Color, Size, and Cost: Heather Brown / M / $59.90
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Organic Cotton
- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is great. It is comparable to a sweater you might find at Nordstrom or Macy’s.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits a size big (I like it this way). View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would keep this Quince sweater! It is very heavyweight and feels durable and good quality. I would absolutely get this in more colors (and possibly size down for a more snug fit), as this is a great staple for every closet! Note: It is not extremely soft; it feels more like a sturdy, rougher cotton. It is still comfortable though.
2) 100% Organic Cotton Oversized Cardigan
- Color, Size, and Cost: Navy / M / $49.90
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Organic Cotton
- Expectation: It isn’t quite what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. It is a darker blue in person, and the ‘oversized fit’ is less oversized than I expected, considering how loose-fitting it looks in the product image.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is great. It is comparable to a cardigan you might find at Nordstrom or Macy’s.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would keep this Quince cardigan! Like the above sweater, it is heavyweight and the quality is solid. I would happily get this in other colors (and possibly size up for an even cozier fit). Also, the pocket is a decent size (my whole hand can fit inside of it), and I did find a snag in the sleeve, however, hard to say when or how that happened (could have been me for all I know). Note: The material is not extremely soft; it feels more like a sturdy, rougher cotton. It is still comfortable though.
3) Cotton Linen Twill Cargo Pant
- Color, Size, and Cost: Charcoal / M / $49.90
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 52% Linen, and 48% Organic Cotton
- Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. The gray color is a bit cooler in person, and the material is a bit shinier than I expected.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is okay. They are comparable to a pair of pants you might find at H&M or Forever 21.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit one size too small. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would return these Quince pants. These non-stretch pants are a better fit for someone with more of a ruler-shaped figure. These fit tighter in the hips than they do in the waist; if I were to size up 1-2 sizes, they would comfortably fit over my hips, but the waist would probably gap. Also, the quality is just okay. I see loose threads, threads that weren’t trimmed short enough, and I see subtle signs of pilling all over the pants. One positive is that all of the pockets are a nice big size, especially the back pockets.
4) 100% European Linen Smocked Mini Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Terracotta / M / $59.90
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 100% Linen
- Expectation: It is exactly what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance.
- Quality: In my opinion, the quality is good. It is comparable to a dress you might find at Express, or Gap.
- Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits well. View my body measurements for size reference.
- Keep or Return: I would keep this Quince dress! The non-stretch material is a bit stiff, however, it feels fairly well-made. Although the sleeves are right on the edge of my shoulders, they don’t feel like they will slide off. The smocked chest is comfortable, fits well, and allows you to go braless! The skirt part is SLIGHTLY translucent in direct light; you can see a bit of your silhouette, but not enough to be unwearable. The sleeves are a great length, the elastic cuffs around the wrist are nice and roomy, and the overall length is short but still appropriate for most occasions.

Support Experience
- The return process was speedy and straightforward since they have a do-it-yourself return portal.
- The return portal requires that you select a reason for the return and you HAVE to add an additional comment. This was a bit annoying.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I would absolutely buy from them again!
I am shocked at how good the overall quality is! Except for the cargo pants, everything else surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and fit, and the prices are not too bad given the materials are organic and sustainably sourced. I also can’t believe they offer a 1-year return window AND free returns; that is unheard of! It also shipped to my house lightning-fast. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, and knowing that this company puts in the effort to operate sustainably, I would absolutely continue to support their business.
