Since they don’t substantiate any of these sustainability claims, I am inclined to think they are green-washing.

1) Casual V-Neck Long-Sleeve Top
- Color, Size, and Cost: Pink / S /$38.99
- Country: The product page states that this was made in the United States.
- Material: Unknown
Expectation: It isn’t what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The gray color in the pattern is much lighter in person.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits a bit a size too small. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Valanio top.
The material is very thin and it feels cheap. The hem is too tight around my hips and doesn’t have any stretch, so it isn’t comfortable. It is also outrageously expensive for the quality.
2) Watercolor-Print Tiered Maxi Dress

Expectation: It is not what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The material feels like a thin and airy tarp, and the colors are more saturated than I expected.

The material feels like a thin, cheap tarp. It is unbelievably expensive for how cheap this looks and feels. Also, the neon-orange print on it is quite unexpected (it looks even more cheap and unattractive).

Return & Refund Info
I emailed support to request a full return on April 8th. My request was approved two days later on April 10th, and I was provided with the return address. I ended up agreeing to a partial refund and keeping the items. I negotiated to an amount that felt fair, taking the return shipping cost into consideration.

Support Experience
- They were quick to respond.
- I had to ask for the return address THREE times.
- They initially offered the alternative return/refund option of a $25 refund + keep the items. After rejecting this offer, they upped the amount to $43, then $60, and finally $70. I told them I would only accept $76, and after telling them this TWICE (because they kept insisting on a partial refund), they finally agreed.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, this company is a SCAM. While I received my items, completed a return, and got a partial refund (in the agreed-upon amount), there are a couple of reasons why this company is a scam.
- I checked the tracking number about a month later for this order, and a message was displayed on USPS’s site saying that counterfeit postage was used. Read Counterfeit Postage FAQ by USPS for more information.
- Additionally, the clothing overall is mediocre in quality, and I have previously experienced them (as a company) misleading customers by writing inaccurate product descriptions and using edited images that create false expectations. I faced this issue at most of their online shops (Orwyy, SSUNU, Ryabe, and NNESI).
