I ordered the below items on 9/22/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $148.97 to 佛山市茄卡儿服饰有限公司 via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *FUSHANSZ5YG”. – View Order Confirmation
1) Sequin Plunge Neck Open Back Mini Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Light Blue / L / $42.99
- Country: Made in China
- Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It is not what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The color is a MUCH deeper blue in person.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is terrible and unwearable (especially due to the folded-over strap). See my Quality Comparison & Rating Chart to know my current quality-rating standards.

Keep or Return: I would return this Sthcute dress.
There are a lot of loose threads, the hem is unfinished and roughly cut, the strings are not finished at the ends, and there is a lot of noticeable uneven stitching on the inside. Also notable is that one section of the bust is sewn so poorly that it won’t lie flat (the inside is folding over and showing on the outside). The price is ridiculously steep considering how poor quality this is.
2) Backless Charmaine Romantic Mini Dress
- Color, Size, and Cost: Pink / L / $52.99

- Material: 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
Expectation: It isn’t what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The bust area seems a lot bigger/longer, and the material is shinier (like a ribbon) in person.

Keep or Return: I would return this Sthcute dress.
Even though the quality isn’t horrible, and the material is fairly thick (nowhere near see-through), it just isn’t the most suitable dress style for my body shape nor is it to my taste. It is a very straight fit, and I need clothing that is more of a curvy fit. Overall, even though the quality is okay, it is still too pricey.
3) Bejeweled Taylor Swift Outfit Diamond Corset Crop Top

- Material: 88% Polyester / 12% Spandex
Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. The overall length seems slightly shorter in person.

Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and it fits a bit big, but sizing down would be too small. View my Body Measurements for size reference.
Keep or Return: I would return this Sthcute bejeweled top.
Though it is heavily reinforced with lots of hooks, has light boning, and the main material is thick and stretchy, I have several issues with this. Firstly, the gems and rhinestones are Dollar Tree quality. Secondly, it is a slight push-up bra which isn’t something I prefer (these types of bras tend to feel bulky, and just sit on top of my chest rather than form to it and lift). And finally, this is priced too high. It is cute and perfect for an event like a concert, but not for over $50.

Return & Refund Info
I emailed support (service@sthcute.com) to request a full return on October 11th. My request was approved two days later on October 12th, and I was provided with the return address. I mailed the package on October 13th via USPS and paid a total of $28.85.

For example, if your return is in China, print out the address written in Chinese characters. Tape it on the package next to the provided English address — per the advice of a USPS worker, doing this can help with delivery on the other side. Support Experience
- I emailed them THREE TIMES prior to receiving my package. I asked about the status of the order since I noticed that it was stuck in customs in Germany. They did not respond to ANY of my emails. I did, however, receive two automated emails:
- First Automated Response: Please kindly be advised that sthcute customer service team is off from 21st-25th Sep. Sorry for the inconvenience and Thank you for your patience. We will be back to work on Monday. So sorry about the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. (PS: please send an email to us again on Monday to make sure we won’t miss it.)
- Second Automated Response: Please kindly be advised that sthcute customer service team is off from 27th Sep-4th Oct. Sorry for the inconvenience and Thank you for your patience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you. (PS: please send an email to us again on 4th Oct. to make sure we won’t miss it.)
- They responded to my request for a return email instantly. I have NO clue why they ignored my other three emails asking about the package status.
- Despite having a no-reason refund guarantee, they asked me the reason why I was returning the items before providing me return information.
- They offered a free exchange for the items that I didn’t like or that had quality issues.
Provided return instructions and guidelines:
- Please take photos of the items to be returned. We need to check whether it is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. (If you have sent photos, please ignore this step)
- Please note that shipping costs are not covered by Sthcute when sent back.
- Please declare the value of the package as $10 when you send the parcel from the post office.
- Please share the tracking number when you send the package back to us. So that we can recognize your parcel when it reaches us.
- You could please print your order or write down your order number on paper and send with the parcel.

Reverse Image Search:
I found several of the same products on Amazon, AliExpress, etc. for much cheaper. For example, I found the below jumpsuit for $76.99 on Sthcute, and $26.55 on AliExpress. I highly recommend doing reverse image searches when shopping online to ensure you are not getting ripped off.
Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate shop. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I personally would not shop here again.
Firstly, the return address is in China, so the return cost will likely be EXPENSIVE. On top of that, it will take a long time to receive your refund since it takes so long to ship back to China. Secondly, the prices are too expensive for the quality. The clothing quality is a bit of a mixed bag; some are terribly made while others are acceptable. Thirdly, the sizing seems to run big. All three of my items don’t fit properly. Fourthly, customer service responsiveness is really strange. Three of my emails (asking about the status of the package) were completely ignored. I received two automated response emails saying their team was out of the office and couldn’t get back to me until their return (they never did). I’m not sure how you can run a business when your WHOLE team is out of the office for nearly two weeks in a row. They did, however, respond instantly to my email requesting a return. And finally, after reverse image searching, I found many of the same items sold on other sites for MUCH cheaper.
