1) Ronny Brown Vegan Leather Jacket

Expectation: It is what I was expecting, for the most part, in terms of overall appearance. The color is a little more muted in person. Also, out of the box, it is not folded or ironed the same way that it is in the product image. So initially, I thought it looked really different.

Keep or Return: I would return this Finesse leather jacket.
While I think it’s cute and don’t see anything clearly wrong with it, the price is a bit steep. I could probably find something similar at Target for 20% less.
2) Dustin Black Acid-Wash Cargo Jeans

Expectation: It isn’t what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The very first image they show for this product is 3D-modeled. It bears little resemblance to the actual jeans. Looking at the real-life model wearing the pants, they still look a bit different. The color is a cooler tone and a lighter shade in person.

Keep or Return: I would return these Finesse jeans.
I unfortunately could not get them over my hips, so the size chart is very off. I do like the way these jeans look though, and am a fan of the excessive number of pockets.
3) Francine Plum Vegan Leather Top

Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting in terms of overall appearance. The texture shown in the product image looks VERY different from what I received. I was expecting a more ‘smooth metallic’ kind of look/texture, but the top I received is very reflective and looks and feels more like a clear-coated tablecloth.

Keep or Return: I would keep this Finesse tank top.
It is made of a really unique material, which feels like a thin, crinkly plastic tablecloth. While the material itself isn’t exactly high-end or appealing-looking to the average person, I think a top like this should be a staple in everyone’s closet! It would look great with a faux leather jacket, or blazer. You could wear this as part of a costume for an event, for a night out, or to spice things up. The price is decent too.

Do I Recommend This Shop?
Based on my experience, they are a legitimate site. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, successfully completed a return, and received a full refund.
With that being said, I would shop here again.
Overall, my items are decent quality and the prices aren’t outrageous. Their customer service was great; I asked about their sustainability claims, and they got back to me with a thoughtful and lengthy explanation. The return process was speedy, and I got a refund the same day I dropped my package off. Also, I really like the unique, futuristic concept of their shop!
The only real issue I have is that the product images are somewhat misleading. With two of my items, the material’s texture or color was a bit different than expected (and the size chart for the pants is off). This can be hard to know before you order unless there are written reviews, so just something to keep in mind. Regardless, I am still generally satisfied and would buy from them again.
