Are you eyeing that cute dress on zolucky.com but worried about falling prey to a scam or not getting the quality you are expecting? Well, fret no more because we’re about to answer the burning question: Is Zolucky a legit company? As a paying customer, I’ve personally tested their services from ordering to returning, and tried on some of their clothes. In this post, I’ll be sharing one of the most comprehensive Zolucky reviews you’ll ever come across. So sit tight and let’s dive into it!

Who is Zolucky? According to their About page, they are a company that believes in keeping up with the latest trends, and they ensure that their customers are always at the forefront of fashion. They offer a variety of styles that cater to diverse tastes. Zolucky recognizes that the quality of their products is highly dependent on the people and environment involved in their production. Hence, they maintain a strong relationship with their suppliers to ensure their products are ethically and sustainably produced. The brand primarily has casual, holiday, and printed products, and their fabrics are mainly pure cotton, polyester, and denim. To date, 80% of their fabrics are produced independently,

What is Zolucky’s seller name, and do they run any other online stores? The seller name shown on my PayPal account is zolucky. I am unsure if they operate other online stores, but I will update this section should I learn anything new.
What is Zolucky’s legal business name? Unknown. I don’t see anything listed on their website or in my PayPal transaction that looks like a legal business name.
What does Zolucky sell & do they carry plus sizes? They list categories for women’s tops, dresses, shoes, bottoms, sets, accessories, and more. They carry plus sizes up to 4X (30-32).
Where is Zolucky located & what is their business address? According to a message they sent to me, they are located in Hong Kong. At the bottom of a marketing email, they list their business address as – Rm1210, Unit C, JiXin Bldg, Zhenxing St. No.15 Longgang Dist Shenzhen Longgang.
Where is Zolucky’s clothing made & where does their clothing ship from? All of the items in my order were made in China. One of the packages was shipped from a warehouse in Jamaica, New York (United States), and the other was shipped from a warehouse in Los Angeles, California (United States).

How long has Zolucky been in business? According to a message they sent me, they began business in 2017. However, according to a domain age-checking tool, their website was created in 2019.
Is Zolucky a sustainable brand? According to their About page, they strive to minimize waste by keeping a small stock of products and are dedicated to making all of their products sustainable in terms of both fabric and production. Their suppliers are committed to using water recycling technology to minimize water consumption. Currently, 80% of their fabrics are produced independently, and the production standards follow environmental certification.
However, since they state in the first sentence on their About page, “Zolucky is a fast fashion women’s clothing brand…”, and state “…the production standards follow environmental certification.” without showing any certification, I think it is safe to say that they likely are not sustainable.

Return Policy
Purchases can be returned within 30 days after receiving your complete order, except for swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, final sale, and clearance items. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all the things intact.
To do this, you need to navigate to the “Tracking Order” feature on the website’s bottom menu, enter your email address and order number, and click the “Return” button on the specific order. The return request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive authorization and the return address via email. After receiving the return, Zolucky will process it within 3-5 business days and send a refund notification via email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a week.

What I Received
I received four items in two packages, and the packages came from warehouses in Los Angeles, California (United States), and Jamaica, New York (United States). The items match what is on my order confirmation email.

- Return requested: I completed a return request for all items via their return portal on June 21st.
- Return approved: My return was approved on June 22nd. Before the approval, they sent me an email offering a partial refund (keep the items) or store credit. I told them no, and the next day, I received the return address and return instructions.
- Return package mailed: I mailed the package on June 22nd.
- Courier, return cost, and destination: I used USPS and paid a total of $13.17 for the return shipping. The return address is in California (United States).
- Return received by Zolucky: According to the return tracking number, the package was delivered to Zolucky on June 26th. They did not send me an email letting me know it has been received.
- Refund received: I received $113.86 (full refund) to my Paypal on July 4th. (See image below)
Total time from request to refund: 13 days

- Quality: The quality is okay. It is comparable to a dress you might find at Target or H&M.

- Expectation: It is VERY different from what I was expecting. I am absolutely baffled at how different this looks in person. The color is WAY more saturated and just completely different. In the product image, the colors are more earthy and muted.
- Quality: The quality is mediocre. I see some loose threads. It is comparable to a cardigan you might find at Charlotte Russe or Ross.
- Fit: It is the right size, but I would prefer a bigger size.
- Value: This Zolucky cardigan is overpriced. I would pay $18 at the most.
- Color: Blue
- Size: M

- Material: The product page states – 80% Cotton; 20% Polyester. The clothing does not have the material composition listed on the care label, so I can’t cross-check.

- Quality: The quality is okay. However, I do see some torn seams at the bottom of the zipper area after trying it on. It is comparable to jeans you might find at Target or H&M.
- Fit: It fits 1-2 sizes too small. It is not a curvy fit since it gaps at the waist and is too small everywhere else. I had followed the size chart.
- Value: These Zolucky jeans are fairly priced.

- Did the order arrive on time and as expected? Yes, the packages arrived within the estimated time frame, and the items arrived as expected.
- Did they let you know when the items shipped and did they provide a tracking number? Yes, they sent me two emails letting me know that the order was on the way (two separate packages). They provided the tracking numbers.
- What is the general quality of the items ordered? Based on my order, I would rate the general quality of Zolucky’s clothing 2-2.5 out of 5 stars, which is mediocre. In other words, the only way I would purchase this clothing is if it was cheaply priced.
- How accurate is the sizing based on the items ordered? Based on my order, three out of four items are true to size. One item runs small. I referenced the size charts.
- Were there any issues or discrepancies with the payment? No, my PayPal was charged the expected amount.
- Does the clothing have brand tags and sufficient tag information? No, none of the clothing has Zolucky tags. They have different branding entirely. Two items are branded NORACORA, one is branded C.O.Z.Y. and the other is Just Fashion Now. Regarding the care labels, they all have standard labels attached.

- Was the return request approved? Yes, it was approved in 1 day. They provided the return address promptly.
- Was customer service professional and easy to deal with? Yes, they were generally straightforward and quick to respond.
- Did customer service offer any return alternatives? Yes, they offered a partial refund + keep everything, or store credit + bonus amount instead.
- What country is the return address in and what was the return cost? The return address that they provided to me is in the United States. I paid $13.17 for return shipping through USPS.
- Was the refund successful? Yes, I received a full refund on July 4th.
- Did support reach out about any issues with the order? No, there weren’t any issues with the order.

- Are they sustainable? I do not believe that they are sustainable despite claiming to be.
- Are their prices fair and are they affordable? Based on my order, I think they, for the most part, charge fair prices for the quality. Affordability-wise, the clothing is overall very affordable. The average cost of a top is around $13.
- Is there anything important to know regarding any of their policies? According to their return policy, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, final sale, and clearance are non-refundable.
- Do they offer free shipping and other discounts? Yes, they offer free shipping for over $79. They do have coupons available.
Final Verdict
In this section of the Zolucky review, I will answer whether this company is legitimate and if I recommend that others shop here. Keep reading for more! Note: If my purchased items arrive, I am able to return the items successfully, and I receive a refund in the agreed-upon amount, I am deeming the company legitimate. However, if any criminal activity is discovered, I will deem the entire company (and all stores under that seller) fraudulent.

Is Zolucky Legit or a Scam?
Based on my experience, they are legitimate. I paid for my items, received them within the estimated time frame, was successfully approved for a return, and mailed the package. I will update this post when I get the refund.
Do I Recommend Zolucky?
No, I do not recommend Zolucky. My primary reason is due to false advertising.
Although the clothing is very affordable and the return process so far has been easy, there are many negatives. The clothing quality is mostly mediocre, they provide misleading product information such as altered images and false descriptions, and they use vague sustainability wording with no evidence, leading me to believe they are greenwashing. Each clothing item in my order looks different from its corresponding product page. The issues range from receiving completely different colors to the material being completely different from what is advertised. In short, you can’t know what you’ll actually get because they falsely advertise their products.
If you choose to shop here, always shop with caution. I urge you to read as many reviews from customers as you can find, in order to make the best decision.
